Much to its name, the ruby color and subtle nose betrays the complex flavor of this wine. Upon the first sip, it seduces the palate with candied cherries that get carried by mild tannins to a finish of chocolate black cherries and allspice. Pair with tapas featuring barbeque and tomatoes.
