2020 Santa Ynez Riesling "First Love"
This is MJA’s first Riesling ever, and it will make you fall in love at the first sip. With a platinum blonde color and a nose full of yellow apple, green pear, lemon zest, and a touch of guava, you will see and smell that it is not your standard Californian take on this German varietal. The front has dry pear and lemon zest that grows into a lush and rounded middle body with green apple and pineapple. It finishes with fruit-forward honeydew, orange zest, and honeysuckle that makes your mouth water for more. Pair with prosciutto wrapped grilled chicken breast and German cucumber salad.
