2017 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon "Intensity"
Our first-ever Knights Valley Cabernet has all the intensity as its name suggests. Its rich, solid magenta color reflects an equally bold nose of dark berries, ripe strawberry, and toasted oak. The front rushes with bright cranberry, rhubarb, and mineral, and goes into robust middle of wood, rosemary, and earl grey. The finish lingers with dark plum skins, bright red fruit, and black olive. Pair with a New York strip and mashed potatoes.
