You absolutely “can can” lean back and enjoy this captivating Pinot! As our first Pinot we have released from Los Carneros, we are excited about the new dimensions that come from dancing upstage into other appellations. It is currently going through a shy phase, but, once it gets a little older, it will be a little bolder and earthier than our Santa Cruz Mountain Pinots. That said, this wine won’t take long to finish getting ready for the show and will be a luscious addition to Thanksgiving dinner. Pair with roasted duck and mashed potatoes.
