With a juicy and well-balanced body, it initially hits with dusty blackberry and pepper that transforms into a mouthwatering young plum seasoned with clove, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. It brings a quick finish, with a subtle dark roasted coffee and cranberry flavor. Pair with braised beef and grilled bell peppers.
